Abstract

Traditionally, legal science observed the progressive distancing of its three protagonists–legislator, legal scholar and judge. Isolated each within its sphere of action, carried out dissonant productions or often antagonistic to each other. Careful to this issue, this article, faithful to the bases of the 1988 Constitution, and on behalf of the unity of the legal system, proposes a rereading of the roles to be played by such actors, based on the development of the integrated method through the judicial observatories, according to which allow the connection between law, theory and practice. From so, it will be possible to build a hermeneutics in applicative function to promote the rights assured under the Constitution.
