Abstract

Violence against children and adolescents is seen today as a complex phenomenon, involving individual, relational, community and social factors. For many years, in the face of the invisibility of juvenile rights, allied to cultural issues, gender and abuses in the power relationship, the phenomenon has taken devastating proportions in the context of the doctrine of fundamental rights and guarantees of children and adolescents. This research is scoped to the study of the administrative and legal practices of prevention and repression of intra-family violence, materialized in the institutes of the specialized hearsay and the special testimony, in a systematic analysis of the law n. 13.431/2017. As a form of identification of the phenomenon, all the surroundings will be covered to the theme, which contributes to the identification of the dimension of the phenomenon, possible causes and factors of vulnerability, proposing alternative methods that aim to replace the traditional Child-Adolescent perspective for a non-revitimizing model.
